Effective Date: March 14th, 2026

Welcome to June + Opal Paper Co. (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing and using our website (“Site”) and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Site or services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.

2. Services Provided

June + Opal Paper Co. offers custom wedding invitations, announcements, event stationery, and graphic design services.

Detailed descriptions of our services, packages, and offerings are available throughout our Site.

3. Order Process

Retainer & Payment

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required before design work begins and secures your project within our production schedule.

The remaining 50% balance is due prior to production, pickup, or shipment of the completed project.

Accepted payment methods include:

  • e-transfer

  • credit card (processing fees may apply)

Minimum Investment

Minimum investment requirements apply to custom design projects:

Wedding Invitations: $1,000 minimum

Day-of Stationery: $500 minimum

All Other Invitations: $300 minimum

4. Design Process

Once your retainer is received and project details are confirmed, we will create 3–5 custom design concepts for your review.

Once a design direction is selected, up to five (5) rounds of revisions to the chosen concept are included.

Revisions may include minor adjustments such as:

  • wording edits

  • layout refinements

  • color adjustments

  • small design changes

Additional Concept Development

Requests for new design concepts beyond the initial 3–5 concepts will be billed at:

$50 per additional concept round

Additional Revision Rounds

If revisions exceed the five included rounds, additional revisions will be billed at:

$10 per revision round

Requests that significantly change the original design direction—including changes to layout structure, color palette, illustration style, or overall theme—may be considered a new concept round.

5. Proof Approval

Clients will receive digital proofs prior to printing.

It is the client’s responsibility to carefully review all proofs for accuracy, including:

  • spelling

  • dates

  • addresses

  • website URLs

  • phone numbers

  • layout and wording

Once final approval has been given, June + Opal Paper Co. is not responsible for any errors discovered after printing.

Reprints required due to client-approved errors will be the responsibility of the client.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery timelines will be provided prior to final payment.

June + Opal Paper Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or postal service disruptions.

7. Returns and Cancellations

Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of custom stationery, all sales are final.

Your stationery will be printed exactly as shown on the approved proof.

If an error occurs due to June + Opal Paper Co., we will correct the issue at no additional cost.

However, errors approved by the client during the proofing process will require reprinting at the client’s expense.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately.

If production has not yet begun, you will remain responsible for the non-refundable retainer and any materials already purchased.

If production has begun, cancellation may not be possible and the remaining balance may still be payable.
